I don’t understand asexuals.
I’m hypersexual due to trauma reasons, and I can’t understand not feeling sexual attraction/being sex repulsed. I can’t understand it at all.
Does that mean that asexuals are invalid in any way?
No. No it absolutely does not.
I don’t understand what’s difficult to get about it - I don’t understand physics either and you don’t see me flying off into space.
Acceptance does not require complete understanding; rejecting asexual people because you don’t understand their experience makes absolutely no sense.
Y'all asexual people out there are lovely and I care about you! (This also applies to aromantics!)
